A Grade (experienced/intermediate)
- Resuming Tuesday March 1st - Launceston Christian School, match times 6.30pm.
- Estimate of costs for the roster at this time are $900 a team.
B Grade (intermediate/beginner)
- Resuming Thursday March 3rd - Launceston College Gymnasium, match times 6.30pm.
- Estimate of costs for the roster at this time are $600 a team.
C Grade (beginner)
- Resuming Monday February 28th- Launceston College Gymnasium, match times 6.30pm.
- Estimate of costs for the roster at this time are $300 a team.
- Womens height for nets, potential to have a split of running a womens roster with court availability for mixed/'not officially mixed'. See how many teams come back to me.
Roster Assistants
We will also need roster assistants for each grade (that is, someone to set up and oversee packing up each night that we play, get scoresheets to the score/roster coordinator-probably to continue being me, and supervise the night. It would be preferable that they have a WWVP card & a current first aid certificate - remuneration of $30 a night - payable at the end of the roster) - suggestions or if you want to nominate for these positions let me know - secretaryntva@gmail.com
COVID Plans
A work in progress. We are utilising facilities of the Department of Education for some nights and also using essentially Private facilities (ie, Launceston Christian School). Their property, their rules will apply. This could possibly mean vaccine mandates for players and anyone present on campus. Further reading to be done and discuss with facilities! I'll keep you posted, but as an indoor sport it could be interesting.
