This is a clinic open to all VTAS members looking to enhance their setting skills - this session will target players at an intermediate skill level predominantly (but it is still open to all!). Depending on numbers and the skill levels that apply, the coaches may contact you about alternate arrangements.
If you miss the deadline, you must contact Kai or Ruth (email preferred) to apply for an exception. This is not guaranteed.
You can also email Kai if you have any queries about the skill level you think you are, or about what the sessions will include!

While the main focus will be on setting, we cannot stress enough that this is not just for setters! Every volleyball player should have a good grasp on how to set and practice it often. This clinic is for everyone who wishes to develop their skillset to the best of their abilities 🙌 We will touch on all aspects of setting, from hand, foot and body position, to court footwork and how to set to a target. We will run drills and game based play on how to improve all of these techniques to develop a stronger, more consistent set!
