While the main focus will be on setting, we cannot stress enough that this is not just for setters! Every volleyball player should have a good grasp on how to set and practice it often. This clinic is for everyone who wishes to develop their skillset to the best of their abilities 🙌

We will touch on all aspects of setting, from hand, foot and body position, to court footwork, how to target, and we will run drills and game based play on how to improve all of these techniques to develop a stronger, more consistent set! 

Cost and registration: $10

When and Where: Sunday, 15th of March, 9am-12pm at Elizabeth College Gymnasium.

What to bring: Please bring your regular kit; court shoes, knee pads, sleeves, etc, and wear sports appropriate clothing. Bring a drink bottle and a light snack.
