The 2025 Australian Youth Volleyball Championships will be played in Perth (WA), 21-26 September 2025. 

Trials will run on the week starting the 16th of June 2025 in Hobart, and the weekend prior (14th/15th June) in Launceston.

To be offered a trial, your volleyball skills must be of a high standard, and you must be registered with Volleyball Tasmania for 2025 and be born in 2008 or later. 

At this stage, we are anticipating sending three age groups:

- U16, for athletes born in 2010 and later;

- U17, for athletes born in 2009 or 2010;

- U18, for athletes born in 2008 or 2009;

While trials are at the moment only scheduled in Hobart and Launceston, if we have enough EOIs from athletes located on the north-west region we will consider running a trial there. 

The initial cost estimate for the trip is $3500. A more accurate figure will be provided at trials. 

When coming to the trials, the following items are to be produced:

• documentation that attests to your Date of Birth ;
• Code of Conduct is to be read & acknowledged.
