Div1 women: Boss def. Van Diemens 3-1

MVP Steph Hind - Phoenix Flames

In a re-match of the last five division 1 women's grand finals, Boss and Van Diemens squared off once again. Boss were heavy favourites, after winning 4 of the 5 previous grand finals between these two clubs, not to mention, being the reigning State League Champions. In the end, they proved too strong for a determined Van Diemens' team, claiming their 3rd consecutive title in this division.

Div2 women: Phoenix Firebirds def. Van Diemens Blue 3-0

MVP Hannah Donoghue - Van Diemens Blue and Momoka Ikawa - Phoenix Firebirds

Although the Van Diemens women had won the 3 previous titles in this division, all against Phoenix Firebirds, it was the Firebirds who finished minor premiers and advanced directly to the grand final. Phoenix, who themselves had made 8 of the last 9 finals at this level, proved worthy premiers on this occasion, winning their first division 2 women's title since the Autumn season in 2017.

Div1 men: Boss Eagles def. Van Diemens 3-1

MVP Jan Jansen - Boss

Boss Eagles finished minor premiers for the 3rd consecutive season and began this affair as favourites, after the Van Diemens men narrowly scraped through to the finals during the last round of regular play. Making amends for their defeat in last season's final, Boss were victorious in this hotly contested battle, highlighted by their amazing scrambling defence.

Div2 men: Van Diemens Volleyroos def. Phoenix Angry Blocks 3-2

MVP Chris Rice and Bo Horton - Van Diemens

In a re-match of last season's grand final, this was once again the closest match of the night. After dropping the first two sets, the five-time defending champions managed to claw their way back to record victory in 5 brutal sets. In a match that could have gone either way, it was the slimmest of margins that separated these two, with the eventual champions clinching the title 16-14 in the decider.
